Qualified Registered Nurses with experience
Nurses with at least 12 months' aged-care or hospital experience, so you are prepared to deliver high-quality care from day one.
Adaptable, resilient & open to new experiences

We want to understand you: why you'd like to come to Australia, your nursing experience, preferred locations, and what you're looking for in your next role. We're especially interested in your personality, values, and commitment to aged care.
You'll attend an interview where we get to know you better and explore your goals, strengths, and motivations. We look for nurses who are compassionate, curious, and genuinely engaged with residents - people who want to make a meaningful difference while experiencing life in Australia.
Once accepted, you'll begin cultural and professional education focused on working in Australian aged care, particularly in rural and remote communities. You'll also meet with our immigration agent to start the visa sponsorship process, with clear guidance every step of the way.
We carefully match you with an aged-care facility that fits your experience, preferences, and lifestyle needs. After placement is confirmed, you'll travel to Australia and complete onsite orientation, with support to set up essentials such as your Tax File Number, bank account, health insurance, accommodation, and driver's licence conversion if required.
With ongoing education and support throughout your first year, you'll have the time and confidence to settle into your role and community.
